The latest release of the Opcenter Planning & Scheduling solution is here! Introducing: Opcenter APS 2210, from Siemens Digital Industries Software.

Opcenter™ software is part of the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio, the comprehensive and integrated portfolio of software, hardware and services. Opcenter APS is a family of production planning and scheduling products that help you synchronize your manufacturing processes. This gives you greater visibility and control to increase resource utilization and on-time delivery while reducing inventory levels and waste. Opcenter APS is a highly customizable capacity planning and scheduling package.

Multi-Dataset Scheduling Statistics Heatmap

The new scheduling statistics feature provides you with a graphical dashboard of your scheduling key performance indicators (KPIs), showing how many orders and operations are on-time, late or at risk. The scheduling statistics heatmap allows a production scheduler to quickly compare different scheduling scenarios and identify the impact of any production deviation changes. Flexible editor and color coding allow you to personalize the dashboard.

Multi-Dataset Editors

You can now view and edit related transactional data while using the sequencer from Opcenter Scheduling. Giving the production scheduler access to the underlying data helps you control your production plan. It is now possible to edit any associated data table within the sequencer, for instance, being able to edit the supply or demand information that affects the milestones found on the planning board.

Opcenter APS Anywhere – Viewer (XaaS) Support

Opcenter APS Anywhere – viewer is a browser-based software as a service (SaaS) offering for Opcenter Scheduling. Opcenter APS Anywhere – viewer launched in 2022 and is a companion product for Opcenter Scheduling, allowing you to visualize a published schedule through a browser anywhere. Opcenter APS Anywhere is available to all XaaS subscription customers.

Legacy License – End of Support

Preactor Legacy licenses for Opcenter APS are no longer supported in this release. If you are using any of the licenses below, you will be required to upgrade to a new supported license model:
• Preactor 200 FCS
• Preactor 300 FCS
• Preactor 400 APS
• Preactor 500 APS
• Preactor 400 GMPS
