Opcenter Training Courses
Opcenter Power User
The Problem:
Opcenter (Preactor) fundamentally changes the role of the scheduler. Over the years, Opcenter has created a library of tools that are designed to help the scheduler work faster and smarter. Knowing how and when to use these tools can have a profound impact on your ability to create better and smarter schedules.
The Solution:
The Power User Course is a completely different approach to training. Schedulers will receive hands-on experience with tools that will improve their day-to-day effectiveness as opposed to learning how to best model your factory. In addition to handling the day-to-day work, the scheduler needs to play a key role in the evolution of your Opcenter solution. This course is also designed to help schedulers think about ways they can improve the scheduling process.
Who Should Take the Power User Course?
The Power User Course is a must for new schedulers and is strongly recommended for schedulers with less than two years of experience. It is also recommended for schedulers who want to refresh their skills and keep up-to-date with the latest tools from Opcenter.
Power Users may also want to take the Opcenter Reports course.
